In policing, we often have to destroy objects and then draw up a document called procedural SELF DESTRUCTION. In the case presented, was seized fireworks and after the procedures of police, did the destruction. Important to say that the best way to destroy fireworks is placed in water to lose the power of explosive ignition. The fireworks were seized for illegal sale.
